Refund policy

In the case that you wish to return an item, we are able to provide you with a store credit.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.  

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • In it's original condition and packaging
  • All tags attached

We do not accept returns on:

  • Accessories
  • Jewellery
  • Swimwear
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Already exchanged items

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

TO START A RETURN, please email info@thevalencialabel.com with your:

  • Full name
  • Order number & which item you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Phone number/Email
  • Any other relevant information you would like to provide us with

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  
Please note: Return shipment is at your own cost.

 

Exchanges 

For a fast, secure process and to ensure everything runs smoothly, we advise you to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your store credit/refund.

 

Refunds
An item is only eligible for a refund if the inconvenience of the product is at OUR fault. (e.g. faulty item)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds take 2-5 business days to be processed once we receive your return. Please note, this may differ depending on your bank or credit card company and this is just an estimate.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do so within the 14-day period.
